Montagut Gallery

Montagut Gallery is an art gallery founded in 1990 in Barcelona specialized in the high-end art of tribal societies in Africa. Since its inception, the gallery promotes the cultures of Africa and sells works to collectors and institutions alike. Our objective is to offer a maximum guarantee regarding the quality and authenticity of our objects. The gallery is presented with a renewed project from its new headquarters in the street of Pau Claris 163, focusing not only on primitive art, but also on 20th and 21st century painting of established Spanish artists such as Antoni Tàpies, Antoni Clavé, Antonio Saura or Joan Miró, among others. Our exhibition tendency will show a continuous dialogue between both artistic disciplines. We have international representation participating every year in Feriarte in Madrid, Parcours des Mondes in Paris, Brafa art Fair in Brussels, Lisbon Art & Antiques Fair, Bourgogne Tribal Show and Cultures Bruneaf in Brussels.
