Artkhade provides the information and associated services on an “as is” basis. Artkhade cannot grant any express or implied warranty regarding the exhaustiveness, accuracy, precision, timeliness, or reliability of the displayed data.
The user searches, selects, analyzes, and interprets the data under their own sole and exclusive responsibility. Artkhade shall under no circumstances be held liable for decisions (purchase, sale, appraisal, or valuation) made by the user based on information consulted on the Site.
